How do I book a scooping?
Book directly through the ScoopKind booking form on this website. Choose your service area and number of dogs, then submit the form to start your request. We’ll confirm availability and your service details before your first visit.
What is included in a regular cleanup?
We walk the agreed service area, remove visible dog waste, bag it, follow your selected disposal option, disinfect our tools and footwear, secure the gate and send a completion notice.
Will I need an initial cleanup?
If the yard has more than normal weekly accumulation, an initial cleanup may be required. Pricing is based on buildup and yard condition, and photographs may be requested before scheduling.
How often can you clean my yard?
Our primary plans are weekly and twice weekly. Daily service is available by custom route quote for qualifying homes. We also offer every-other-week or one-time service when route availability and yard conditions allow.
How does weekly service work when some months have five visits?
Weekly service is billed as one predictable monthly subscription, calculated from your weekly rate across the full year—not simply four visits each month. That means some months will have four visits and some will have five, while your monthly price stays the same.
Do I need to be home?
No. We only need safe access to the agreed service area. Every dog must be secured inside the home before we arrive and remain inside throughout the visit.
Can my dog stay outside?
No. For the safety of your dogs and our technicians, every dog must be secured inside the home before we arrive and remain inside for the entire service visit.
How do you make sure my gate is secure?
Our technician closes and checks the gate before leaving and sends a gate photo with the service completion notice.
How do you prevent germs from spreading between yards?
We disinfect our scooping tools and footwear between properties using products and procedures appropriate for pet-service equipment.
What do you do with the waste?
Standard service includes securely bagging the waste and placing it in your outdoor trash bin. Off-property removal may be available as a paid add-on.
Do you clean the entire property?
Base pricing covers one fenced or clearly defined service area within the included yard-size limit. Front yards, side yards, dog runs or second areas can be added to your plan.
What happens during rain, snow or extreme weather?
We work through ordinary weather when conditions are safe. Severe weather, lightning, unsafe heat, ice or inaccessible snow may require a route delay, and we will notify you.
How will I know when you are coming?
Customers receive an arrival notification before service and a completion message afterward. Route timing may vary as yards and traffic conditions change.
What day will you scoop my yard?
Our routes run on set service days based on your location. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll notify you of your regular ScoopKind service day. This helps us keep routes efficient and service dependable for every customer.
What if I need an extra cleanup before an event?
Hosting in your yard or need a cleanup between regular visits? Contact us as early as possible. We’ll check route availability for an extra visit or one-time event cleanup. Additional service is subject to availability and billed separately.
How quickly will my yard be cleaned?
We work efficiently so you can get back to enjoying your yard as soon as possible. Our technicians move with purpose, but never rush past the details: we complete the agreed service area, bag the waste, disinfect equipment, secure the gate and send your completion notice. Visit time varies by yard size, dog count and buildup.
What if a visit is missed or I find something afterward?
Contact us promptly with a photo and location details. If an agreed service area was missed, we will review it and make the service right under our satisfaction policy.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Recurring service uses predictable monthly billing and can be paused or canceled under the service terms.
How do billing, pauses and cancellations work?
Recurring plans use automatic monthly billing. Pause and cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled service according to the current service terms.
