What is the ScoopKind Bucket Swap?
It is a scheduled exchange service for dog parents who scoop their own yards. We provide a dedicated lidded bucket for tied dog-waste bags, then exchange it on your route day.
Do you scoop my yard with this service?
No. Bucket Swap is for disposal only. If you want us to clean the yard too, choose ScoopKind recurring cleanup instead.
How much does it cost?
It is $11 per scheduled bucket swap. Your monthly bill reflects the number of weekly or every-other-week swaps in your chosen plan.
How often can I have it swapped?
Choose weekly or every other week. We will confirm the route day based on your location and availability.
What can go in the bucket?
Tied bags of dog waste only. Please do not add loose waste, cat litter, household garbage, diapers, chemicals, sharps or anything else.
Where should I leave the bucket?
Keep it in the outdoor pickup spot we agree on, usually near a side gate or trash area. It should be accessible without entering your home, garage or shed.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the bucket is accessible in its agreed spot, we can complete the exchange on your scheduled route day.
What if my bucket fills before my next swap?
Keep bags sealed and contact us. An extra swap may be available for $11 when it fits an active route.
Is the bucket cleaned between households?
Yes. Each returned bucket is cleaned and sanitized before it is used again.
Is Bucket Swap available everywhere?
It is available in participating ScoopKind service areas on established routes. Check availability with your community and address when you book.
